Evolution Flight Display Receives Helicopter STC
The EFD1000H Pro Helicopter PFD is the latest addition to the Evolution Flight Display System. Designed and manufactured to meet the rigors of helicopter operations, Aspen’s EFD1000H enables rotorcraft operators to replace their legacy mechanical flight instruments with state-of-the-art electronic displays with little to no modification of the existing panel. This Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) gives approval to install the EFD1000H Pro PFD into the Bell 206 series helicopter. This STC was developed in partnership with Keystone Helicopters. Now helicopter operators can benefit from the incredible situational awareness that the Evolution display provides - increasing the safety of every flight.
Aspen will be demonstrating the new EFD1000H, along with the entire Evolution product line, at the Aircraft Electronics Association annual conference April 8 through April 10 in Orlando, FL. Aspen will be located in booth #317-319.
