Evolution Approvals

Aspen Avionics’ current FAA Approved Model List Supplemental Type Certificate (AML-STC) authorizes installation of the EFD1000 Primary Flight Display (PFD), EFD1000 Multi-function Flight Display (MFD), EFD500 MFD, and the EWR50 Weather Receiver into over 700 airplane makes and models. The AML-STC enables Aspen Avionics Authorized Dealers to install the EFD1000 PFD, EFD1000 MFD, EFD500 MFD and EWR50 into most Class I and Class II airplanes flying today, without having to seek separate FAA field approvals for each installation.
