During the next month, displays sent in for rebuild may experience extended turnaround times as we complete the transition. Current rebuild estimates are 3–4 weeks, with most trending closer to four weeks. Upon completion of the move, the standard two-week turnaround time will be restored. To help minimize disruption during this period, exchange units will be available with significantly shorter lead times.
New orders and exchange lead times for Class 3, helicopter, MAX and legacy displays for Piper are currently estimated at 2-3 weeks.
MAX and E5 display order lead times are not expected to be impacted

The engine instrumentation is fully integrated with Aspen’s Evolution MFD1000 MAX and MFD500 MAX, displaying pilot-selectable information across all phases of flight. Engine data is prominently shown at the top of the display, while the bottom section remains customizable—supporting a range of other functions, including navigation maps, terrain, charts, weather, synthetic vision, HSI, and fuel status. The engine monitoring system will be demonstrated at Aspen Avionics’ booth in Hangar B during EAA AirVenture 2025.

EAA AirVenture, Oshkosh, WI – July 22, 2025 – Aspen Avionics is proud to partner with Rebuild Rescue to showcase a fully restored 1961 Piper Cherokee PA-28-160 for raffle at EAA AirVenture 2025. This classic aircraft has undergone a complete refurbishment and now features a state-of-the-art avionics panel, equipped with Aspen’s Evolution 2000 MAX suite, including advanced capabilities such as Synthetic Vision, Angle of Attack indicator, and ADS-B in/out capabilities.
In addition to the state-of-the-art avionics, the aircraft boasts a new engine, propeller, interior, and all accessories—making it a true showpiece of general aviation restoration.
