The Field Service Engineer is responsible for and is vital to serving Aspen’s customer and dealer network.
This position is also responsible for troubleshooting issues or concerns on part of the customer or dealer. Field Service Engineers answer compatibility questions and technical interaction questions from current customers, current dealers, as well as potential customers. This position helps to plan installations and ensures dealers are proceeding with high-quality installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
